Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I think one of the reasons clients stick with me is because I'm constantly switching up the workout routines we are doing so neither of us get bored and it keeps client's bodies guessing. Plateaus don't happen if you are always switching it up! Also, I don't believe in fad diets or workouts. The kind of work we do together is about lasting health and fitness, not about a quick fix that will ultimately leave the client exhausted, hungry, and yearning to fall back into old habits and right back to where they started. The freedom to create something new and different every day. I love being able to bring a new program to a client and watch the client improve and learn as they go.

Natalie was great to work with. She tailored the workouts to what I wanted to accomplish. She knew when to push me just a little harder and further when I was almost ready to quit.
