FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients can purchase sessions individually, but most purchase packages of 10 sessions or more and receive a discount for doing so.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every 2 years I am required to submit continuing education credits for review with my certification program, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, to maintain my certification, so I am always taking new classes and keeping up with the newest research. It's important to me that I know the latest developments in the fitness world to continue bringing my clients the greatest workouts I can and also, keep routines as safe and effective as possible. I renew my CPR/AED certification every 2 years as well.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with everyone from athletes on the New York Roadrunner's Racing Team to seniors hoping to stay active and prevent injury. Most of my clients are "normal", every day people who want to make fitness an important part of their lives so they might not have any particular goal to prepare for other than keeping up with their workouts 1-3 times a week. That being said, I love working with brides who have their wedding to prepare for or, as a new mom myself, women who are pregnant or getting back into fitness post-baby.
