Joy is an expert in human anatomy and physiology and will quickly create a plan for you to reach your goal, be it weight loss, flexibility, strength or physical rehabilitation. Joy has a relaxed, inquisitive and playful attitude so she is fun to train with, but she is always mindful of trying to get you to push yourself and your boundaries to achieve specific goals that you have set together. She trains at my gym and I have seen her working with so many various people of different body types and needs. You can improve your squats and deadlifts, you can work on your sprinting technique, you can explore your yoga positions, or if you have never worked out in your life, she will teach you how. She is also very attentive to preventing and repairing injuries. You gotta give her a try!

Joy is an absolute joy! (See what I did there?) I had injuries that restricted certain exercises and Joy was able to expertly craft equally effective workouts to help me achieve my fitness goals. Working with Joy means you get a truly custom made program best suited for you which yields maximum results when you put in the work. Joy is the real MVP, you'll only regret it if you don't train with her. Do yourself the favor, you're worth it.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?I loved being fit and being a part of a team so much that I decided to major in Applied Exercise Science. I also continued athletics in college. I believe fitness is one of the most productive parts of any day! As a trainer, I not only inspire others, but I'm inspired by those I train. This is my life's work. I am so fortunate to coach and motivate others!
