- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing goes by single sessions and packages: 1 session- $80 5 sessions-$300 10 sessions-$500
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a conversation about a person's goals and medical history (past/current injuries, or anything medication they may be on). Then to follow up with a movement screen (range of motion, strength, endurance) to see if there anything we need to address first. Then I program pertaining to the person's wants and needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Personal Trainer for over 8 years, and my current certification is with NFPT (National Federation of Personal Trainers). I have worked in weight loss, strength training, endurance training, cross-training, and core training workshops to make myself a well rounded fitness professional.
