Introduction: I’ve been a personal trainer for over 5 years, I pride my self on listening to the needs of my clients. I create training programs for all types of clients from a novice to a an athlete that’s trained their whole lives. I aim to help each every client hit their fitness and health goals. I really enjoyed working with Mo . I have mild cerebral palsy and he was very understanding and accommodating. He is very professional and values his clients . He pushed me to do my best every session in the best way possible . I did lose weight and increased in flexibility and strength while working with Mo . I high recommend him , you won’t regret training with him !

Mo is an excellent trainer. He emphasizes the importance of good form and fitness fundamentals and his approach to training is friendly and approachable. It’s silly this thing only lets me pick three qualities. Responsiveness and punctuality are 100% top-notch as well. But that’s not all. Mo is awesome, with a great attitude, super flexible and clearly personally invested in my health and progress. Exactly what I needed but didn’t know it. Thankful for everything he offers - my life and health have been dramatically improved and enriched!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    The first session is free that is assessment based on that assessment I can create the most ideal personal training program the clients fitness and health goals.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    All clients fills out a client consultation form, this form gives a better understanding of health history, eating habits, stress and other factors needed. Then the client does a fitness assessment, this test the clients movement and muscular imbalances. Based on the fitness assessment and the client consultation I then develop the personal training program.

    Bachelors in Biology NASM Certified Personal Trainer NASM Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist
