- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first session is a fitness assessment based on that assessment I can create the most ideal personal training program the clients fitness and health goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All clients fills out a client consultation form, this form gives a better understanding of health history, eating habits, stress and other factors needed. Then the client does a fitness assessment, this test the clients movement and muscular imbalances. Based on the fitness assessment and the client consultation I then develop the personal training program.
