- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Say hello! Send me a message and I’ll forward you my questionnaire. The questionnaire asks a couple basic questions regarding current fitness goals, nutritional habits, any relevant medical history, & gym location preference, remember - we save more if we workout at your location Step 2: After you’ve filled out the questionnaire I’ll give you a call covering everything you answered on the questionnaire and give you a moment to pick my brain about anything that comes to mind. *Your first session with me will always be FREE, BUT - If you need to reschedule your initial session, please notify me within 24 hrs or more. The rescheduled session must be paid for ($84.99).* Step 3: Provided you don't cancel, it's workout Time. All sessions (including the initial session) will be 60 mins , never 30. During this 60 minute session, expect a pre session breakdown, measurements, movement analysis, and a workout pre constructed based on what was answered on the questionnaire. After our session we'll go over packages, select one that fits your needs and complete all necessary paperwork. Step 4: Once paperwork has been filled, and the first month or package invoice has been cleared, we'll schedule another phone call to schedule your next 4-6 sessions, set you up with our fitness app 'Fitara Fitness' (available on the Apple and Google App Stores) and cover our nutritional guide for the duration of the program.
