Roy and I have completed 2 sessions thus far and he's been great to work with. He plans each program to best fits my need areas while still focusing on the entire body. He is fun and creative with his workouts and keeps it interesting. The first session was a assessment to see my training level, balance, and mobility. Roy challenged and motivated me during each of our sessions together. I also appreciated that he always made sure to correct my form. I used to take a lot of group fitness classes, but only a couple of instructors took the time to correct my form or the form of my classmates. So, I really appreciated that he taught me to do the exercises correctly. I could see the difference in how I used to do certain exercises vs. now (doing them the correct way). - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I mainly work in packages and do not do single session rates. You save more money the more sessions your purchase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Always starts with a conversation. Personal training is just that, personal! I want to get to know my client as much as they want to get to know me. After the initial conversation and questionnaire, we do a postural assessment. Based off the assessment and your goals we put together your custom workout program. Every two weeks we do weigh and and feedback checks to make sure everything is going smooth.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Certified Nutritionist & Personal Trainer for nearly a decade.
