FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's a big misconception that it's costly to hire a physical therapist as a fitness trainer. I understand times are hard and money is tight—especially for seniors living on fixed income. But this should not preclude you from going after your fitness goals. Investing in your health is still worth it, after all is said and done. Tons of medical research have unanimously shown that staying physically active is really the key to successful aging. For price transparency, here's my standard charge for a single session per person: - Manhattan: $65 - Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn: $75 - The rest (NJ, CT, Westchester County, Long Island, etc): $85 Discounts are offered for 10 sessions and more. I require full payment prior to the first session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start by establishing a good rapport with my clients by getting to know them personally. Asking the right questions leads to the right answers (and the right fitness plan). Paperwork follows next, plus getting your vitals. And then I'll create a sensible exercise program that is customized, age-appropriate, attainable, and realistic fitness plan for you. I have an open-door policy. You can ask me anything related to your health, wellness, and fitness goals—judgment-free. There is no stupid question.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A graduate of Columbia University, I am a registered physical therapist in the state of New York. *CPR trained and certified *Fully vaccinated
