• Complimentary Movement Assessment & Consultation (60 minutes @ FREE) If your intention is to commit to a training program, your very first 60-minute session is completely free. It is a fully interactive, hands-on session, I will assess your body while we get you moving and warming up. An opportunity to see if we're a good fit! • Single Session — $150 (60 minutes) Ideal for a trial or a quick technique check-in before committing to a long-term goal. • The 10-Session Package — $1,350 ($135/session) Perfect for establishing a consistent routine. Most clients choose to utilize this 2x per week over 5 weeks, but scheduling is flexible based on your availability (1x to 3x per week). • The 20-Session Package — $2,500 ($125/session) Designed for sustainable, long-term results, postural correction, and building true physical autonomy. Highly recommended for premium accountability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a brief consultation to discuss your lifestyle, energy levels, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. During our first 60-minute in-person session, we perform a thorough movement and postural evaluation. This helps identify your core stability, joint mobility, and any muscle imbalances from daily routine. With this data, I design your structured progression plan, ensuring every workout has a clear scientific purpose and adapts in real-time to how your body feels that day.
