All sessions include a 24-hour cancellation policy and are customized to your goals, schedule, and preferred training format. Pricing reflects the level of personalization, experience, and support I provide, whether you train privately in NYC or online. Packages are available for clients seeking consistent, long-term results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new client begins with a complimentary consultation, where we discuss goals, lifestyle, and training preferences. I then conduct a movement and fitness assessment to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement. From there, I create a fully tailored program including training, nutrition guidance, and accountability check-ins to ensure consistent progress. I stay connected between sessions to provide ongoing motivation and adjustments as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m an NCSF Certified Personal Trainer with over 8 years of experience coaching at top-tier fitness clubs, including Equinox E.53rd Street and SoHo. My background includes certifications in Precision Nutrition, Kettlebell L1, Animal Flow, and Strength & Conditioning, allowing me to create programs that are safe, science-based, and performance-driven.
