I’ve been training with Trey for about 5 years now. He’s patient and he does an excellent job balancing going at your pace with pushing you out of your comfort zone to build/tone muscle. I have erosive rheumatoid arthritis and the joints in one of my wrists have fused. Trey is the only trainer I’ve worked with who has made modifications for exercises like burpees and push-ups.

I trained with Trey many years and I will recommend him wholeheartedly without any reservation. I learned a lot from him on nutrition and other healthy lifestyle tips because his approach is holistic and believes in all need to work together in order for someone to be healthy and look good. Working out for him is just one of the many elements of being healthy and ways of looking good. He also stressed a lot in correct forms to avoid injuries and really workout the targeted muscle groups. Overall, I can say enough good things about Trey as a trainer and a person.

Trey will change your life. If you’re looking for a trainer that is invested in you, you’ve found him! All of his training is custom designed for the individual client. Your goals, progress and nutrition are a continuous conversation and taken into account with every workout. He gives 100% of his attention and knowledge at every session. The guy literally becomes your best friend. He wants the results just as bad as you. He brought me into the best shape I’ve ever been in my life! I highly recommend him!!!

When I moved to NYC, Carlton (Trey) was highly recommended to me by a mutual friend. In our first session he instantly made me comfortable with his professionalism and with his thoughtful approach. He was interested in hearing my fitness goals and was able to put together a plan that would meet and even exceed my needs!! He takes a detailed approach focusing on the right technique and form. He then builds upon that and is always extremely encouraging and positive, which is even more important these days given the pandemic! It's obvious he's knowledgeable about training as he takes his own training very seriously, which translates to his approach with his clients. When I got pregnant he was able to easily adjust my workout routine due to my pregnancy. On a separate note, he's been accommodating and offered virtual sessions. The virtual sessions have not prevented him from being creative and giving me a challenging workout session. Whether you choose to work with him in-person or virtually, you'll appreciate Carlton's tough and balanced sessions.

I've always wanted to train with a trainer but was intimidated. Trey makes me feel comfortable. He is attentive to my needs, works with me when I'm struggling and is very professional. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a trainer.

    First we go through a proper assessment...fitness goals, time frame if any..any injuries and or fitness experience...

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I was training the girl I was seeing at the time & she noticed I was being asked workout questions more that the trainers that worked at the gym... She hit me across my shoulder and said..”You should be a trainer”......
