- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I assess each client’s individual needs, consideration, strength and weakness. From there, we create a plan/program that will attack your fitness goals. I always encourage and reinforce positivity to my clients, because everything is achievable as along as you put in the time and effort, but, having honest conversation is important as well with all my clients. Because, training is a two way street, you need to put in the time and effort on your own.
