I had a positive experience with Soho Exterminator, we had bed bugs in our Soho boutique and needed to get rid of them before they destroyed all of our clothing inventory. The company responded the same day and came out later that night once we had closed down shop. We are now bed bug free!

These guys are great. We wanted to do a clean sweep of my building once a month and we called a ton of different companies to see who we could contact to do the job. We finally hit the jackpot with Soho Exterminator, we've been working with them for over a year and have nothing but a positive experience with them! They come every month on time, are polite, and send the bill promptly. They do a great job and our residents are very happy with their extermination results. We tip our hats to you!

my roomie and i used soho exterminator to get rid of bed bugs that were in our apartment from one of our subletters. we unfortunately didn't check out the subletter really well and she was pretty gross and brought bed bugs. we kicked her out and then began the process of vetting exterminators. we stumbled upon soho exterminator after calling tons of places and them not getting back to us. their staff is polite and helpful and really accessible! our apartment is now bug free and we will use them again if we have any critter issues.

Pretty simple. My girlfriend freaks at the sight of roaches. I saw one in my kitchen one day, and knew that if she saw it or knew about it...she'd NEVER spend the night over here again. Well, know you know Jellybean, but that was like back in August. Soho Exterminator came through and did the magic sweep. He left traps and sprayed in all areas. Then he came back 2 weeks later to do a follow through. He was real knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Since then, I haven't seen another roach. Until I have another gross encounter with some gnarly insectopod, I won't be seeing the guys from Soho Exterminator, but now I know who to call when I do.

They did a great job (Soho Exterminator). Here are the five reasons I like them: 1. They are easy to get in touch with. They answer the phone no matter what, at any time of the night, and are very patient. 2. they Show up when they say they will, and you're not stuck waiting around like you are when you set up internet. 3. they got rid of the bed bugs! that really should be number one. 4. they are reasonably priced and that's a rarity in nyc. and finally, 5. the bed bugs are gone and haven't been back in four months. that's a great company to me.
