In the end, I didn't take advantage of Repairbutlers, because I found I could just purchase the same model older iPad online for the same price of the repairs by Repairbutlers. I do appreciate that he did offer a $30 discount when I told him that, but I decided, in the end, that I'd just use the iPad - with the mildly broken screen - as my kitchen radio iPad, so I didn't need the repairs, or a 'new-old' iPad anyway. Very responsive though, which I appreciated.
