A Night to Remember, Thanks to 23FiveEvents 23FiveEvents played an instrumental role in making my mother’s 80th birthday celebration truly unforgettable. From the moment we began planning, Crys and her team demonstrated exceptional creativity, professionalism, and patience. I went through several iterations of design ideas, and they remained supportive and collaborative throughout — helping me refine the vision until it felt just right. The ballroom was transformed into a stunning space, with every detail thoughtfully executed. From the elegant balloon arrangements to the shimmering wall that added a touch of glamour, everything came together beautifully. 10/10 Best Event Planners out there! I wanted to do a Space Jam (1996) themed first birthday for my son. I sent Krys some pictures from pinterest of the vibe and she rolled with it and came out with the most amazing decor! Honestly, it was the dream birthday I’ve always wanted haha. Her crew is amazing. So many people came the morning of the event to set up. They were on time and quiet during my son’s nap time and got everything done so quickly. Very efficient and very professional. Even the break down after the event, they put aside my own chairs and the chairs i rented from the tent company in separate corners so it would be easy for everyone to distinguish. Their Dessert person is amazing! The Cake pops were a hit and the three tier birthday cake looked unreal. Too good to eat but tasted even better. I also asked for a vegan smash cake for my son because he is allergic to milk and he loved it! Every single one of our guests were impressed. From the color of the balls in the ball pit and the cut out signs, their attention to detail is unmatched. I will definitely be using them again for our events!

I was absolutely thrilled at Crys and her team's work for my Baby Peach (from the Mario series) themed baby shower. From the initial consultation, they paid close attention to the theme and also bolstered it with all the effort and creativity they added. The transformation of my private home space into a Super Mario wonderland was more than I could have dreamed of. My guests couldn't stop taking pictures to share with their kids! The execution of the Mario and Baby Peach theme was perfect, complete with truly enchanting decorations like custom signage, tons of theme colored balloons, a glorious 4 ft cutout, and custom Mario centerpieces tying everything together. All the colors they picked created a warm and inclusive atmosphere that made me think my home was a Mario Bros. level. Crys and her team were incredibly professional, responsive and true to their word. They understood the assignment from the very beginning, and exceeded my personal expectations. The setup process was smooth and well communicated, and you can tell they were as concerned as I was with ensuring the day was as special as the occasion demanded - celebrating the arrival of my first grandchild! The website and planning software they use make it extremely easy to see exactly what you are paying for, take things away that may not be necessary, and add things you think are appropriate, all with tons of options and clear up front pricing. We took advantage of this convenience which made it easy to ensure everything fit right into our budget, with Crys being a single text, call or email away to consult with you or if anything doesn't look exactly how you want. And on top of all that, there was an issue with a sub-contractor that Crys went above and beyond to make sure was completely resolved and I couldn't have been happier. I would honestly recommend 23Five Events to anyone looking to have a beautiful, stress-free and truly memorable event. Thanks to Crys and the 23Five Events team for such a remarkable evening, five stars are not even enough for the magic they provided.

We recently had a double birthday celebration for our daughter and son, and I can’t say enough about how incredible the decorations were! Our daughter’s theme was Moana, and our son’s was Mickey Safari, and the team absolutely nailed both. The setup was beyond stunning, every detail was perfect, from the lush tropical vibe for Moana to the adventurous safari look for Mickey. Our guests couldn’t stop admiring the decorations, and our daughter was so amazed she just stood there taking it all in with the biggest smile on her face.
