- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair to the market value and we also provide payment plans for those that need one. If you book with me 3 months out; you will receive a $100 Discount*. There no hidden fee's, just your basic fee, sales tax, and gratuity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start by asking what type of event they are doing, time , location, and date. This helps in understanding their needs and also how much they should be spending ( ex Monday night party compared to Saturday night party ). I'm i the business of being successful, but want to give a client their worth. After we discuss options for prints, type of venue, and I usually explain what they will expect from my services. I usually inform the client to look at my reviews and to also shop around, but definitely push them to book as soon as they can - it's one less thing they have to worry for their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the Hospitality Industry for over 30 years and have come across tons of people and have been able to have great relationships with a lot. My ability to lead, coach, and listen have helped me in my daily life whether it is at an event, talking to a potential client, work, or just people in general.
