Introduction: Unless this is an situation -- no to weddings. I'm not equipped with a team. I do good and creative photography. I produce portraiture, scenery, architecture, and events (specializing in the performing arts). I have a proven eye for composition, form, light and shade. I adhere to high standards, and I maintain a passion for the form. I have a strong relationship with black and white, but I do great color work. I have been acquainted with Mr. Steeber's work for many years and have been especially drawn to his photographs of performing musicians. A few months ago, I engaged his services to produce a series of formal and informal publicity photos for me. I am a classical pianist, and I was thoroughly delighted with the results. The shoot involved both indoor and outdoor photos.

We wanted a double portrait, but something a little quirky that would express our shared life and interests. We arrived at James Steeber's place with a couple of personal items that were meaningful to us. James worked with us to craft a photo incorporating those items as well as sly reference to himself (at our request). This composed image was surrounded by four other photos which captured us in informal poses. James worked patiently with us to bring our ideas to visual fruition! Vicki & FranÃ§ois
