Eden is amazing! She has in depth knowledge of pilates and the human anatomy. She pays detailed attention to form and adjusts the exercises to fit the need. My husband is using her as pilates instructor and I am using her as a massage therapist. We both feel we are in very professional hands! I have back issues and she knows exactly which areas need attention.
I recently started training with Dianne, and I am very happy with the challenging yet "soft" regime, particularly because of my goal of building muscle but remaining feminine in appearance. The combination of yoga, TRX, and Pilates, makes for a perfect training routine for me. I would reccomend Dianne to anyone looking for solid training.
I have been practicing with Dina for a couple of years. She has a wonderful personality and is genuinely concerned with her students well being. She is a great teacher with lots of patience and makes you feel at ease. Dina is sweet and encouraging while making class fun but challenging. Never any judgements. She is always accommodating and I really appreciate her flexibility with my schedule. I highly recommend Dina's Yoga and Pilates Instruction!!

TK is excellent!!! She is clearly knowledgeable about Pilates, but more than that she has that balance between meeting someone where they are and holding the space for gradual improvement. I find my body feels better, stronger, more secure after I take a class. TK has somehow planted in me an increased awareness of how I move my body that stays with me throughout the days following the class. She's great.
I am in my mid 50s, somewhat uncoordinated, former couch potato and have been training with Ro for several years, twice a week - every single week. It's hard to believe myself that today I am very fit, very strong and toned and I owe it all to Ro. We do strength training with pilates, aerobics and yoga mixed in. Ro is very knowledgable. Every session is somewhat different from the last and over time Ro has pushed me (kindly) to increase my weights and level of fitness. She also have provided me with weight loss counseling at times. Ro is a great person too. She is easy to talk to and always upbeat and fun. She is super smart and always trying new things. I can't recommend her highly enough.

undefinedI have always been a hard core hot yoga fan but after i had reconstructive surgery on my ankle in May 2015 I was unable to do that kind of workout while recovering. After 5 months into recovery I was given the green light that I could start working out but I was very limited in what I could actually do. Jen had suggested I try Pilates and that she would tailor the workout to meet my needs. I have taken Pilates at NYSC and never really liked it so I agreed to workout with Jen but wasn't really sure what to expect. Jen tailored the entire workout to positions that I could do while focusing on my injury and my form. At first I was not good and had a hard time holding positions or even doing them properly but Jen was able to work with me one-on-one to teach me the correct form. Jen is extremely focused and makes Pilates fun. She prepares each week to customize the workout so that I am progressing. I have actually become pretty good and look forward to our Pilates session each week. I have become stronger and my body is becoming much more toned When I started with Jen I was also in Physical Therapy twice a week and working from home and adding Jen to my recovery plan has helped me progress extremely quickly. I am just about done with Physical Therapy, going into the office full time, and have returned my normal life. Thank you so much Jen! When I first started with Jen I was a beginner and now I am intermediate and even able to do some advanced positions. I recommend Jen regardless of your level. She will customize your session to meet your needs and you will have a great time working out!

Shirley is an excellent teacher and I really enjoy the group Gyrotonic Tower classes. The sessions have improved my posture, increased my flexibility and strength, and relieved my shoulder tension. The studio is also beautiful and has all the amazing Gyrotonic equipment which I use during my private sessions. I am feeling great!!!
I have had several personal training sessions with Dale, with the focus being pilates and stretching. He brings many gifts to his work, including clarity in his explanation of exercises (helpful for someone like me who is directionally challenged!!), patience, good humor, and constant encouragement. He is not in a rush to get through the routine, and it seems as if he is a good judge of a client's progress, and plans for the next session accordingly. In my estimation he is well worth the time and money. I'm very happy to have gotten to know him, as he is a sweet and caring guy, and I appreciate his expertise. I totally recommend him.
Dana is great!! I’ve had 2 sessions with her so far and I am extremely pleased. She is knowledgeable and takes time to explain and demonstrate the breathing and movements for me since I am new to Pilates. She is attentive and motivating and keeps the sessions fun and challenging!
AMANDA is awesome. One of the best investments I've made all year. A lot of instructors market themselevs as pilates instructors but they aren't the real pilates instructor. Amanda is, she is a great investment. I have loved the classes!
Alena has the experience and knowledge to really find exercises to challenge me. I'm not a beginner and was nervous going in that I wouldn't get much from the sessions, but she is a very pleasant surprise!
