However, I offer discounted package options for clients who commit to multiple sessions: • 6 sessions – $145 per session • 12 sessions – $140 per session • 24 sessions – $135 per session • 48 sessions – $130 per session These packages are designed to provide more value while supporting consistency and progress. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1. Initial Phone Interview – We begin by scheduling a quick phone call. This gives us a chance to discuss your goals, any injuries or limitations, and see if we’re a good fit. Step 2. First Session – Next, we meet for an initial session where I assess your movement, strength, and overall fitness level. This helps me tailor the program specifically to your needs. Step 3. Choose a Package & Start Training – After the first session, you’ll choose a package that works best for you. We’ll set a training schedule and begin working consistently toward your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a NASM Certified Fitness Instructor with a Comprehensive Pilates Certification from Polestar, which emphasizes movement science and rehabilitation-based practices. I’m also CPR certified to ensure client safety during all sessions. I completed my yoga teacher training at the Integral Yoga Institute, where I was trained in a holistic and mindful approach to movement and breath. Additionally, I’m a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), allowing me to support clients through a well-rounded combination of fitness, lifestyle, and nutrition guidance.
