- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices provided are my starting prices. The final estimate price will depend on your distance from NYC (if I'm traveling to you), the number of outfits, the method and delivery time of your final images, and the total number of images you'd like to receive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we've exchanged a couple of messages discussing the basic logistic of the shoot, I like to set up a call with a new customer to really dig into the details, expectations that both I and the customer have about the shoot, and any experiences the client has had with professional photography shoots in the past. I'll draft a contract for the job which will include all of the terms I've discussed with the client, we both sign it, and then we have a great shoot!
