- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not accept insurance. The fee is 75 dollars per session. This fee applies to individual psychotherapy, couples/marital counseling, and family therapy. Cancelation policy: I'll need to be notified when canceling an appointment at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 25 dollar cancelation fee that will be collected in the next session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In short, psychology is the study of human behavior. New research and studies are constantly improving on how to more effetely and effectively help understand and help people. I am a huge advocate of continuing education in the form of seminars, webinars, readings, and peer consultation, in order to stay current while keeping my practice innovative.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I find people to be fascinating. I am honored when a client feels comfortable enough to confide in me, and I enjoy assisting clients in figuring out how to achieve their goals.
