- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer various services including resume reviewing and critiquing, full-service resume writing, employment offer negotiations, social media profile branding and optimization services, career coaching, and interview prep services. Not sure which service is right for you, let’s have a conversation. I offer a 15% discount to new grads looking to start their careers, those getting back into the work force after lengthy employment breaks, and those who have been unemployed for 6 months or longer. Bundled discounts are also available for those needing more than one service. 50% discounts are offered for prior customers looking to update their resumes to reflect recent employment/experience additions. I also offer all inclusive packages which include: A 20 minute intro call, resume and cover letter writing (up to 3-drafts), Linkedin/social media profile branding, interview preparation and offer negotiation. Prices for all inclusive packages vary by experience and start at $499 for entry level candidates. Expedited services are available and are subject to an express service fee; however, I have one of the fastest turnaround times in the industry. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process includes email, phone, and/or video conference consultations during the discovery phase to outline the scope of the project and determine desired outcomes. In some cases an initial conversation is all that is necessary, in others, multiple and varying communication methods are necessary to complete the requested assignment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A in Justice Studies/Pre Law with a minor in Philosophy. My professional affiliations include SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management), ATD (Association for Talent Development, NHRA (National Human Resources Association), HCI (Human Capital Institute, amongst other industry related affiliations.
