The Pro was very responsive, getting back to me immediately, so I was surprised and disappointed that he arrived at least a half an hour late. He then began complaining about the amount of work to be done ( which was nominal), which he later admitted he misunderstood what was to be done.
In the end he was able to complete the work in a timely manner, was pleasant, and seemingly eager to please, wanting to be certain that he had accomplished the task required. Nice guy, but the lateness and initial complaints soured things for me.

Two man power gave me an EXCELLENT price to move one large 75" tv across town. My schedule fluctuated but they were always accommodating without getting frustrated at my rescheduling. The attention to my property was stellar and they were very friendly. Will use them again

I appreciate that the company came on short notice on the holiday but at the same time it was not worth it. I clearly stated in my phone call and message that I would need a peloton treadmill moved and emphasized how heavy it would be. Company assured me it would be no issue and they have moved one before. The two movers came unprepared to move the treadmill. While they were able to move it to my new house, they were unable to take it upstair and they said they did not have the right equipment. It’s a moving company how do you not have the basics like a moving blanket and tape? I called the owner and let them know again how I was not certain that the guys would be able to actually move the treadmill upstairs and the owner assured me they could. The 2 movers attempted to move the treadmill upstairs and instead put scratches/dents on my steps and dents on my wall. Owner apologized and said he would send someone to repair my wall - he never did and never followed up. I would have preferred that the guys were honest and said they couldn’t do it. Not worth the money.
