Erickson just completed winterizing our hot tub and was absolutely fantastic! He was prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough - draining, blowing out all the lines, and adding antifreeze. What really impressed us was his attention to detail and genuine care for doing the job right.
He went above and beyond by offering valuable advice on additional steps we could take to protect against water damage from heavy rains or snow during winter, plus gave us great tips for reopening in the spring. Before leaving, he made sure the cover was completely secure and cleaned up everything - left our yard spotless!
As senior citizens, we really appreciate finding a professional we can trust to handle these important maintenance tasks correctly. Erickson's expertise gives us complete peace of mind knowing everything is done 100% right.
His friendly, personable demeanor made the whole experience pleasant, and we were so impressed that we've already booked him to reopen our hot tub this spring!
If you need reliable, professional hot tub service, look no further than Erickson. Trustworthy, skilled, and fairly priced - exactly what you want in a service professional! 👍
