What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a flat-fee price that includes tax preparation, quarterly estimates and in-year tax planning and advisory. We don't just prepare tax returns to tell clients how much they owe, we work with them year-round to reduce their tax liability. No hourly billing model or surprise fees later.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do an initial consultation to understand your financial and tax situation, both for you personally and your business. We then offer a quote price which includes tax preparation, planning and advisory. Afterwards, we sign an engagement letter and onboard you via our secure technology platform. You can expect a highly accurate and efficient tax compliance process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a staff of 6+ CPAs and broader team of tax administrators, preparers and IT professionals to ensure you have all the resources you need for a painless, high-quality tax season
