Introduction: I believe in facilitating change from a place of compassion, connection, and collaboration as a way to create meaningful transformation. I have experience working with clients within a wide age range and with a broad spectrum of personal challenges and life experiences. Two particular specialities of mine are grief processing and working with creatives. As a published playwright and academic writer, I understand the artist's mind - especially when it comes to working through creative blocks and expanding one's artistic range of expression.I combine traditional therapeutic techniques, action-based therapies such as drama therapy and psychodrama, and Open Dialogue. Mainly, I listen to you, I reflect back to you, and I share in the process of exploration with you. I view therapy as a shared space where the client is not alone in their experience.
