What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate pricing for TVs, and can offer discounts if you buy equipment off us - we will price match Best Buy, B&H and PC Richards.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reply quickly and send a text message/give a call to introduce ourselves and get the project set up. For complicated and custom projects, we offer free on site consultation and quote. We will follow up with a quote and once the deposit is paid, we will confirm the appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are professional AV Installers with over 5,000 TVs completed. Many AV companies subcontract us for their installations.
