Gigi helped us find our current rental apartment in NYC (a great deal, by the way!). She was lovely and helpful during the whole process. Not only did she help us dealing with the landlord in several occasions, even after signing the lease, but she is also witty and delightful to deal with. By far the best broker I have met. AMAZING! That's the only word I have for Daniel and his team at Solomon property management. I have had 3 other property managers handle our multifamily property but none of them have had the attention to detail that Daniel has. They set up our communication portal and setup our online payments faster than we expected and they've handled all of our tenant's issues starting the day we signed the management agreement. Daniel is a true professional and my husband and I appreciate his help with managing our rental property.

NYC has a lot of compliance requirements with new ones coming online all the time (three-year gas inspection requirements are the latest addition). We are growth-oriented. We are always looking for ways to both improve your property (and yes, we can work within a budget) and, if you are looking to expand your portfolio, we're happy to pass along good deals that make sense for you if we hear about them.
