I hired Beige Company to record my mother’s funeral service, which was obviously a very important day for our family. Communication leading up to the event was professional, and they were punctual and respectful while on site, which I appreciated.
That said, the final video coverage was not quite what I had expected. The recording was done using an iPhone from a mostly fixed position, and I had hoped for a more comprehensive view of the service and room so that key moments and the overall atmosphere were better captured. While the footage does document the service, the production value and perspective were more limited than I anticipated.
I share this feedback simply so future clients can be clear about expectations regarding filming style and setup. Overall, I appreciate the effort and professionalism on the day itself, but I would encourage detailed discussion in advance about camera positioning and coverage to ensure it aligns with what you are hoping to receive.

After posting my original review, I was contacted directly by a customer service representative who took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. They offered a sincere apology and asked thoughtful questions to better understand what went wrong.
I genuinely appreciate when a company takes feedback seriously rather than ignoring it. While my initial experience was disappointing, their willingness to reach out, take responsibility, and express a commitment to improving their customer service speaks volumes.
Because of that effort and accountability, I am updating my rating by one star. I believe companies that make a real attempt to “make it better” deserve to have that recognized.

They responded very quickly. The people they sent to the event were professional and knew what shots to get. Gave good time estimate for when pictures/video would be received. Still waiting on the actual final product but I know when I will receive it by. On event day and leading up to it they were awesome

2. Once the proposal is accepted, we develop a detailed plan, including a shot list and a dedicated project manager. We finalize all details in a pre-production meeting 1-2 weeks before the shoot.
3. Our team arrives early to set up and executes the shoot by following the pre-approved shot list.
4. After the shoot, we handle all editing. Turnaround times vary by project but are typically within a few weeks.
We also offer raw footage as an option.
