- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We start with a consultation to understand your needs, followed by a custom proposal with pricing and project scope. 2. Once the proposal is accepted, we develop a detailed plan, including a shot list and a dedicated project manager. We finalize all details in a pre-production meeting 1-2 weeks before the shoot. 3. Our team arrives early to set up and executes the shoot by following the pre-approved shot list. 4. After the shoot, we handle all editing. Turnaround times vary by project but are typically within a few weeks. We also offer raw footage as an option.
