I needed a new hard drive for my computer, which had taken an unfortunate fall. Planning a meeting for the exchange was easy and the repair took under a week... and that includes the time it took for me to order the part with Gustavo, it to ship to him and for him to fix then return it back to me. Not only was the service ridiculously quick, my computer runs perfectly again and it was super inexpensive compared to the other estimates I was looking at. I was also very grateful for how flexible Gustav was with planning the pick up and drop off of the computer-- being a fashion student, my hours are crazy and inflexible, so this made my life so much easier!
