- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually work with the clients budget, if it's a personal chef job or catering job I base my price on the menu they want and services needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new customers is the best because, you get a feel of there likes and dislikes. You want to learn what you can about the customer in order to fulfill there needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got tired of eating subpar food from a lot of restaurants and decided to start creating my own flavors and recipes. Pretty much had a niche for cooking from growing up in a family who cooked a lot and I of course try to outdo them
