- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private yoga sessions are available for individuals and duets, in person or virtually. Single sessions start at $125 for virtual and $150 for in person. Duet sessions start at $165 virtually and $200 in person. For clients who want to commit to a consistent practice, I offer 5 and 10-session packages at a reduced rate — these are the best value and the format where I find clients see the most meaningful progress over time. For in-person sessions at a studio, any associated studio or space rental fee is the client's responsibility. All rates are per 60-minute session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new client starts with an introduction call. This is a chance for us to connect, talk through your goals, and make sure my approach feels like the right fit before any commitment is made. From there, I send over a short health intake form to complete before our first session. This gives me everything I need to design a practice that is safe and genuinely tailored to you. Our first session together is always exploratory. I use it to understand how you move, what your body needs, and where you'd like to go. Everything builds from there at whatever pace feels right for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My foundational yoga training is rooted in Prajna Yoga with Tias and Surya Little. This form of training emphasizes alignment, breath, and the intelligence of the subtle body My completed training includes: Prajna Yoga 200hr YTT (2021) Prajna Yoga Organic Body 100hr (2022) Reiki Level I & II (2023–2024) Yin & Restorative 100hr (2024) Yin Energetics & Taoist Philosophy 60hr (2025) Yoga Nidra & Sound 100hr (2026) I am a forever student and am currently working towards completing my 500-hour certification.
