Introduction: I have been practicing yoga for years, and completed my 200 hour teacher training in 2023. I have also been a psychotherapist since 2020. I am very passionate about wellness in my personal life, and I love to empower others to pursue their wellness journey. I truly believe in the power of yoga as a tool for healing. I believe that yoga can be spiritual, but as a private instructor I am happy to incorporate as much or as little of the spiritual aspect as you would like.
