I am a Holistic Therapist, Energy Healing and Trauma Processing Facilitator, Biomagnetics/Biomagnetism Practitioner, Spiritual Mentor, Hypnotherapist, Life Coach, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, and wellness advocate. During each session, we will release stuck emotions, change unhelpful beliefs, and somatically shift your energy.  I enjoy providing a safe, comfortable, and intentional space in which you can explore your life, your health, and your subconscious mind. I help release trauma, unwanted habits and behavior patterns, stress, fear, tension, and unhealthy relationship dynamics and facilitate healing so that you become more whole, vibrant, peaceful, and free - just as you are meant to be!
