Introduction

I've been practicing yoga since 2009 and teaching since 2013. I started my yoga journey because of neck pain, and got so much more out of it. And now I want to give back and help my students to have a pain free, less stress, and happy life. I am 500RYT certified by yoga alliance and have taught in Asia and North America. I teach vinyasa yoga, aerial yoga, restorative yoga, flexibility, and meditation.
