Introduction: My goal is to provide students with tools to create the freedom they need, be it mental, physical, or emotional, to lead themselves down the path to vitality. As my students become more aware of their bodies and thoughts, they can recognize habits they have developed. Once awareness has been brought to an old pattern, the process of breaking it down can begin.
I'm grateful for the opportunity teaching yoga provides to learn, grow, and play. I'd have to say my favorite part is seeing the transformation that occurs after students liberate their bodies from tension and pain. This process can begin after one class together.

WOW! I cant say enough about this ridiculously talented yoga instructor. Being a novice to the world of yoga can be intimidating, but Alex helped me feel at ease, fully committing herself to the lesson. Her wide breadth of knowledge is refreshing, and something I havent come across in any of my other yoga experiences. She helps you understand what every pose is specifically designed to do, allowing you to feel comfortable and relaxed. This left me with a sense of accomplishment. I highly recommend Alex as an instructor. Life Changing!

Alex is very adaptable for those familiar with different styles, teachers and ability levels. She is particularly good with adjustments when you are struggling in a pose and sometimes even when you don't realize you don't have it quite right. Her soothing voice lends a beautiful meditative quality to her classes and my practice.

Alex is amazing an we highly recommend her. She is full of knowledge and she knows how to work with the flow and sensitivities of a corporate environment. Her yoga classes are unique as they are not generic but Alex puts her heart into every class. We love her!
