What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As for pricing I don’t negotiate my prices. The reason behind that is because your not paying just for the project your paying for experience. I do quality work.
The only discounts I give are First responder, military, teachers and for senior citizen.
All estimates are free.
If you pay with card there is a small surcharge fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call or text to schedule a date and time for a free quote. No pressure in deciding.
