- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a reasonable price to whatever they want done and I go in person to give a price because I have to see what they have to get done, how big the job is I don't give over the phone estimate, payments are cash or check only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll set up a day to meet up for an estimate of course, after that if they agree on pricing I'll get it done right away.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Give small businesses opportunities to grow, give them a chance to show you their work.
