- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straight forward. There's nothing complicated about it. We offer free in-home walk throughs along with the Smart Quote guarantee. Which means the price you're quoted, is the price you pay. We work with our customers to get to a price that is comfortable for them. Customers also have the ability to fully customize their cleaning by adding/subtracting services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are contacted by a potential customer, our first priority is to find out what their needs and expectations for the project. This can be done with a phone interview, online questionnaire or in home walk through. When we have the necessary information, we put together a detailed quote. The customer can then accept the price, offer to negotiate a new price or do nothing if they don't like the price given. Once we come to an agreed upon price, the customer accepts the quote and we schedule a date to complete the project. Payment in full is expected once the work is completed. Our customer have 24hours to file a complaint if they are not 100% satisfied with our work. iQ Home Services will then send an associate to correct any issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to extensive hands on experience we've gained while owning, operating and managing the day to day operations of the cleaning service, the management and staff continue to educated ourselves by taking advantage of all the online resources, tools and training to help use continue to provide the very best service possible.
