What went well, well they took my elderly mother is money before the job was started. Also they never started, North completed the job. They refused to refund her money. Clearly they are swindlers. It's a husband and wife team that prey on elderly people. Do not trust them! You'd like to call me, or my mother we would gladly tell you the whole story. Client refuse to purchase paint so we can finish the job. This client have had months to purchase the materials and to this day, they have not. Now the insurance company is coming to inspect the house after they were given the money for the materials. Now they want me to purchase the materials and give them a refund.
