It was a Sunday and a Bills game was on. He responded with a phone call within 35 minutes. Came and treated the nest of yellow jackets soon after the game ended.

I made my first call to Buffalo Exterminators and she sent my name and phone to the technicians, well, I still haven't gotten a call from one. Brian from BJM called back instantly and was at our house the next evening. Sprayed the nest and the whole exterior of our house. In two days the nest was dead.
