- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Coming out for an estimate, and just talking about the job, letting them get to know me and my company, and how much we appreciate every customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 2 year business management degree and am currently pursuing my bachelors in business at buffalo state, night school.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad Tom Brick, was the vice president of the vinyl outlet for about a decade. He brought me into this business and taught me everything I know, along with scott innes, the owner of the vinyl outlet.
