The star rating corresponds to building a project plan and cost structure prior to the start of services. The lot that Ideal Construction and Landscaping investigated to mow and clean up is located in another state from were I live. Hence I haven't seen the lot in a couple months. During a phone call with Dan, owner, he was in favor of taking photos of the lot prior to starting service, and to send them to me with a propossed service plan. I received the photos, and the service plan with cost, within the next business day. Dan built a professional relationship, understood the problem, and created a service plan. The service fee for the first clean up was well accepted. And ongoing mowing service is also scheduled. In addition, Dan and his team can help me with exterior and interior repairs to the house. Potential list of projects that they can manage for us are to strip and replace the first floor flooring, and also replacing interior and exterior windows & doors. Install dead bolts to improve safety as well. Looking forward, with appreciation.

In the contracting world, getting contractors to call back, or give you timely estimates is rare. So far, ICL has texted or called when they said and gave me an estimate as promised. We have a scheduled start date and are anxious to work with ICL soon.

Structural repairs in basement in advance of selling our house. Dan responded promptly to our reaching out on Thumbtack. Estimate was very fair. Quality of work was excellent. They were very professional but answered our questions and provided great service. They did a good clean up at the job site. We plan to use their services again.
