Introduction: Personal training is more than fitness. It's a connection with your client. We build a friendship and a bond. Their has to be chemistry. I pride myself on when I hear someone say "you and your clients get along so well. Most importantly though is the results. I've boxed competitively for 10yrs. I've trained fighters. I know how to get my clients to where they want to be. No matter who they are. I also specialize in corrective exercises for those who may have had injury, or suffer from back, knee, elbow, or anything joint problem in general. So above all I know how to get you there safely. When I can see how the growth in my clients fitness positively effects their personal life. Both health and social.

So far I'm only 2 months into my program and I'm loving it. I've worked with multiple trainers over the years and this is by far my best experience yet.

Deon is a super cool guy. I'm having a blast. I've only been training a little over a month now. Compared my progress pics after the first month and definitely impressed. Oh and Love the meal plans.

To be honest it was a rough start because I've never done remote training before. But Deon was so accommodating and literally talked me of the edge. I've worked with trainers on and off for the past 6 years and this is the fastest I've seen results and best I ever felt. Thank you!

I have found Deon to be an extraordinary physical trainer with tremendous versatility, intelligence and disciplined. Deon is caring, attentive and dedicated to help clients meet their personal goals. He has great knowledge of body mechanics and muscle function. He is fully aware of each client’s limitation, potential abilities and strengths. He gives 100% of his time and commitment. Deon is detail oriented and will correct you on your technique until you reach perfection. His pleasant and positive attitude is a great asset to his willingness to work with client at his or her own level. He encourages me to focus more, work on my techniques, which will in turn provide better outcomes measure and positive results. He challenges me all the time and no routine is ever the same. I questioned him as to how does he expect me to learn the routine if its never the same. He commented “ Tishell I know what I am doing. The various routines are to wake up the muscles that have been domicile for so long”. With this being said, He was absolutely correct as I am getting stronger every day. In comparison to other trainers you will have his undivided attention, patience and guidance from the time session starts until the end. Because of his exemplary experience as a personal trainer I have grown to have more patience, gained insight on physical fitness, gradually enjoy working out and more importantly incorporating physical fitness as a number one priority for a healthy lifestyle change. Thus far I am impressed by his knowledge of expertise and ability to connect with clients of all ages. Because of this I have seen results within a short period of 3 months. My body is undergoing transformation where I am building strength, endurance, toned muscle mass. Considering I have never stepped foot in a gym before I am now capable of doing pushup, bench press, sit-up’s, lunge’s, squats and other physical activities.
