I had some issues with another contractor for renovation to our new home. We moved on and decided to give thumbtack a chance. I started out with Jimenez contracting for quick patch up job to holes in the basement after electrical work was done for an electric stove. After that work I showed Patricio issues with my room in the basement which had molding. This started the relationship because he provided multiple solutions to address the molding . I showed him issues with the unfinished bathroom on the second floor which included installing window , vanity and other things. He’s been patient but professional to solve several problems including a leak in the room near the second floor bathroom. This company is reliable. Patricio is very knowledgeable about his work. His work is usually in compliance with commercial projects. The guys are clean when working which we didn’t experience prior so no mess after they were done. They were also very punctual. I will definitely continue to work with this company. They are looking out for the best interest for the customers. They are also reasonable with pricing. It’s a risk to use the app and find reliable people but I’m satisfied with Jimenez contracting. We were able to enjoy thanksgiving and Christmas after the touch ups.
