- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A service fee is $60-80 depending on access to unit, When the cause of the issue is confirmed on the unit, price of repair is given and the job is then moved on to Part Orders service fee is now dismissed!😃 That's our way of saying thanks to each customer we service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know understand and satisfying the customers issue therefore creates a bond of trust which is always required and delivered by us and this is what we strive with respectable courage each day we are blessed to see the sky one last time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Lincoln Technical Institute for AC & Refrigeration & Heating,obtained refrigeration license, I am also a certified Electrician which means I am able to provide repair services only, Appliance repair is my main focus.
