I want to take a moment to HIGHLY recommend C&L Home Improvement. We were in a bind with an attic repair. The attic was original to the house, so when Darwin first came to address the issue, the replacement parts I purchased didn’t work because of the age of my attic. We ended up having the replace the attic stairs in its entirety. Darwin didn’t charge me for the failed repair, he gave me the measurements for the replacement attic door and came through to finish the job with no additional charge. He wasn’t caught up trying to overcharge me as a homeowner, he was focused on solving my problem and doing a great job! I like to read ALL the reviews before I secure a contractor. Darwin not only lived up to his reviews, but I was also inspired to write one. My neighbor saw my new attic stairs in my driveway and asked “who am I having to install them?” Guess who I’m referring…….

We are SO happy we found C&L home improvement. We originally hired them to install patio privacy panels but decided on addressing an emergency- a bursted pipe. Darwin was great with communicating with us his plan on locating the bad pipe then sealing all holes made. His plumber was awesome. He spent the day locating the problem then installed new pipes. Three days later they sealed and painted all the open walls to perfection! We were so impressed with their work that we hired them for a 2nd project- door installation, moulding install and painting a bedroom. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, fairly priced and skilled company, call C&L. They will come through.

Darwin was great. He even had to go and buy materials i had forgot cause i was working. i had 3 small projects and he completed them perfectly. Now i have more space for cookware and cookbooks and plants-i will use darwin again
