Very very positive experience with Victor . Victor came on time and was very understanding and knowledgeable with what I asked . He assisted me with plumbing and installing a fan hose in my attic . I will DEFINITELY use Víctor in the future for other projects . I recommend him 100%

Victor helped me when I needed an immediate professional response. A tenant parked an unauthorized car into the driveway and began to charge their EV "rental car." I was unable to be at the property. Victor listened to my dilemma and removed that outlet from public access. He was quick, effective, and able to work with me as I was remote. I will use Victor again. Oh yea, he charged a reasonable fair price.
