Phil responded quickly. I have a Mitsubishi unit that was leaking water and because I thought it was to close to the electrical box I called Phil. Phil checked the unit and assured me that it was not a hazard. The excessive leaking was below the electrical box. He indicated that it was an easy repair. I thought he was professional and explained everything. I will be calling him to have them repair the problem.

My 55 year old Fedders gas furnace was not giving off enough heat. I contacted several companies and they all said it couldn’t be repaired. I went with P&M Mechanical. Phil came out on November 26, 2019 and gave me a great estimate. They were prompt and got back to my calls right away. They came the next day on November 27 at 8:30AM and by 12:30pm was finished installing a brand new furnace and air conditioner, as I have central air and heating.

Phil and his associate were punctual for the appointment. Phil is very reasonable and explained us what is happening with the HVAC, knowledgeable to repair the leakage. We had to call him to recheck since the fan didn't work the night of the repair. He came in and made sure everything is in place and confirmed everything is working. They are very honest and told us to keep the AC running for few hours. We are all set now and willing to hire Phil in future.
