These kids don’t know what they are doing. They show up for an awning install without a ladder or even a stool. William told me he is not the carpenter and pointed to his friend(Fernando) They were going to install the awning on the siding directly as they don’t care about what happens after they leave. I asked them to attach a a 2x4 plank to strengthen the install. For this they charged me extra. Being a handyman/carpenter requires basic understanding of strength of materials which I found this group to be lacking. Stay away.

The work we did was perfect, but we never used this wood behind because it is not necessary, and if the Client wants to do it that way for us there is no problem but there was never talk of the way it would be done simply we did the same work that we always do demonstrating our professionalism and never a client had a problem with us in the past, the way we installed it, but in the end the work was as the client wanted and we simply learn from our mistakes thank you!
