MASONRY
Custom stonework is only as beautiful as its maintenance allows. Your outdoor fireplace or stone patio may be well constructed but it doesn’t mean that they are exempt from wear and tear over time. You will need masonry repair service at some point.
Masonry repair services are necessary to keep all of your stone and brick features in top notch condition. Whether it’s to fix gaps and leaks or to replace cracked and broken pieces, it is in your best interest to call in a masonry contractor to provide you with high quality workmanship.
D’Souza.

Mr. D’Souza responded to our inquiry very quickly and had the work (one day labor) scheduled and completed in less than one week from initial contact.
His guy did a very good job and cleaned up the work area perfectly after he was finished.

Our front steps were in bad repair. Victor gave us a proposal to redo the entire approach. After 3 days, we now have a beautiful new front porch. The company is meticulous about their masonry work. Highly recommended.
Update August 2024: new steps now showing yellow stains as we had on old steps

D’Souza and his guys did a great job on various masonry projects on our property. The work was very professional and communicating with D’Souza was a pleasure. He was very honest and transparent with his advice and pricing for repairs and worked within our budget. A genuine pleasure to work with D’Souza and we look forward to working with him again sometime in the future.

He was very honest and easy to talk to. He went over the stones he would be using for my project. His price was in our price range. I think he will do a very good job.

Mr. D’Souza helped me with 2 projects: He fixed an uneven cement sidewalk path in front of my home and he replaced an old rotting window sill. He was courteous and professional and the work was outstanding. I will continue to work with him on future projects.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is a result of knowledge times time!
“We rather pay a good amount of money to be appureted by a Knoledgeble Doctor then by an aprendice “
I rather have someone who understand what they are doing and pay them for it then have someone who doesn’t know what they are doing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i’m more susceptible to work with costumers that are looking for contractor that can be called “my friend “
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got my Bachelor in religion and the Life directed me to be a Construction Men!
I must admit that we are always learning new ways to get things done!
